Hoop-Dance for Kids and Teens

Hoop Power offers hoop-dance at schools, in after-school programs and camps, and for community organizations.

Hoop Power hoop-dance is a great way for adults and youth to:

• improve physical fitness

• gain confidence

• increase self-esteem

• feel empowered

• have fun!

Classes for youth are focused on fun and movement; participants learn to move and dance while hoola-hooping! Kaye integrates games, community building, art and free-style dance that allows children to express themselves while getting great exercise!

Hoop Power instruction is available as a single workshop or in series from 3 to 8 weeks. Hoops are provided for use in classes and workshops, which include customized music to fit the age group.
